As I continue on my happiness journey, I’ll share with all of you the things I’m trying. In January I attended my first retreat through the Copper Beach Institute at the Mercy By the Sea. The topic was an introduction to Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, or MBSR. I’ll admit that I had some preconceptions about going to a retreat, and was both nervous and excited to learn more about mindfulness.
