As I continue on my happiness journey, I’ll share with all of you the things I’m trying. In January I attended my first retreat through the Copper Beach Institute (link below) at the Mercy By the Sea (also linked below). The topic was an introduction to Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, or MBSR. I’ll admit that I had some preconceptions about going to a retreat, and was both nervous and excited to learn more about mindfulness.
