Hey there listeners! Today it’s just me, talking about Self-Love September.  While recording this new season, I spent a lot of time working on my self-compassion.  My first stop was in my inner narrative, or how I choose to talk to myself.  There’s a fine line between encouraging ourselves to do better and being self-critical.  On this week’s episode, I’ll talk about how I learned to tune into my inner critic and ways I’m trying to change the tune- particularly when it comes to how I treat my body.
